Every engagement starts with what you're trying to achieve, and the price follows from that, agreed before we start.
Working together
A short engagement. We look at your goals, the constraints, and what success and failure would look like: the impact, the value, the risks. Then I make the plan: findings, what should happen in what order, and three priced options for the work. It's also the right first step before you buy: a vendor's proposal, a platform you're about to inherit, a package that keeps failing. The plan is yours to act on, with or without me. On Salesforce, this is the ISV readiness assessment.
Get in touchA defined outcome for a price you know before you say yes. The scope comes out of the assessment, the proposal gives you three options, and the price is fixed: no timesheets, no surprise invoices. If it takes longer than planned, that is my risk. What you get is documented and handed over so your team can carry it: a platform, a package through security review, an integration layer, a stalled delivery brought back under control.
Get in touchStrategic, technical, and architectural advice at executive level, and someone to spar with on the decisions you'd rather not make alone. I review plans, proposals, and designs. Practical when it needs to be: small fixes, improvements, research. Retainer questions get answered first, usually within a day. Anything that grows beyond a day is scoped and priced on its own.
Get in touchWhen your team owns the outcome and needs specialist knowledge inside it: 2GP packaging, an AppExchange security review, an integration that won't behave, an architecture review. The straightforward option for agencies and recruiters, and the only one I bill by time.
Remote by default. On-site possible.
